Review: Sate Famili in Meru

I heard about this place from a friend. So I came. It’s not far from the Dash highway. From Damansara, take Dash to the end and exit towards UiTM.

Chicken satay

The wait wasn’t long. RM 1.50 a stick. The chicken satay tastes good. The chicken isn’t dry. Just right.

The peanut sauce is decent too. They don’t skimp on cucumber. They give plenty.

Their nasi impit (compressed rice) comes in the long blocks. Not the plastic-packed kind. This one is the best.

Plenty of parking. No rush. Coming by car is fine, by motorcycle too.

Plenty of other food options. Not just satay. Only the spaghetti Bolognese follows local taste.

There’s a Naruto chicken chop. Different. Worth a try next time.

There’s also laksa, bihun sup, and more. Kind of a one-stop centre for eating.
